The technological processes of production carbon�graphite developed by the company have not analogies in the world (application for the patent of Ukraine No 93006397 with priority from 29.09.93�., patent No 10828A). At present our company is producing electric brushes instead of any electric brushes of electro�graphite class according to Technical Standard 14111810.001-95 (beginning of action 01.07.95�.) �Electric brushes BDH for electrical machines of transport means�: Electric brushes BDH: � Specific electrical resistance of electric brushes BDH must be 15 � 85 mW�m (W�mm2/m). � Characteristic of electric brushes in testing of short-closed collector �Z�-95 must correspond to such values: 1. Falling of voltage on the pair of brushes, V 1.5 - 3.0 2. Friction factor, not more 0.2 3. Wear for 20 hours, mm, not more 0.3 The company can make any electric brushes, specific electrical resistance of which is not below 15 mW�m. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
